Senior Web Developer
About the Role: We’re looking for a high-impact Senior Full Stack Python Developer who can drive end-to-end delivery across backend (Python/Django/FastAPI) and frontend (React JSX/TSX). This role is mission-critical for scaling our digital platforms, strengthening architectural decisions, and coaching junior developers. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, delivers with precision, and thinks two steps ahead.
Key Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python, Django, or FastAPI.* Lead frontend development using React (JSX/TSX),* ensuring high-performance UI delivery. Drive integration with SQL and NoSQL data layers and manage complex data workflows. Own API design, documentation, and implementation across products. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship features with quality. Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers. Deploy, monitor, and improve applications across cloud/VPS environments. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance proactively. Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.
Hands-on experience with Django/Flask/FastAPI. Deep knowledge of RESTful services and third-party integrations. Strong React experience — JSX/TSX, component lifecycle, hooks, state management. Solid understanding of frontend architecture, responsive UI, and modern workflows. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB). Strong Git workflows and familiarity with branching strategies.
Ability to break down complex requirements and deliver reliable, high-quality code. Good to Have: Experience with Redux, Tailwind, or Material UI. Exposure to AWS, GCP, or VPS server deployments. Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments. Familiarity with microservices architecture and MVC architecture. Interest in AI/ML, automation, or data engineering practices.
